• Avoid blood thinners and anti-inflammatory drugs
• No shaving, bleaching, or plucking prior to your appointment.

After your appointment: There is minimal downtime with these treatments, but we do recommend avoiding sexual activity and vigorous exercise for at least 72 hours after your session.
